1st- 1998 Daytona 500 (nough said)
2nd- 2001 Daytona 500
3rd- I’m pretty sure it was in 1994 and I think it was either Richmond or Martinsville, but Earnhardt came off of turn 4 and did a 360 with a whole wad of traffic right behind him and never hit anything and didn’t lose a position. Kyle Petty gets a kudos from me that day because he was directly behind Dale and did the most amazing job of not hitting him. If anyone remembers more info about this race please let me know.

I am a single dad. I have 3 boys. I’ve been watching NASCAR since I was a kid. Nascar has allways been a family affair for me. My grandma was related to Bobby Isaac and as such we all picked our favorite drivers. I had been watching for a while (still didn’t have a fav yet) and my older brother was hounding me to pick a driver (his was Bill Elliot) well the race we were watching was “The Winston” and yea it was 1987. Since “the pass in the grass” (which wasn’t really a pass) I have been a diehard Earnhardt man. I had a 3 with his signature tatooed on my arm the day after he died. RIP Dale, we miss you so much.
