I am the web developer for Save The Speedway. We are a company founded in 2005 by Robert Marsden of New York. Save The Speedway is dedicated in working with former drivers and organizations, and businesses in an effort to find a working solution and to one day reopen North Wilkesboro Speedway, one of NASCAR's original tracks. in May of 2008 Save The Speedway along with the State of North Carolina dedicated a historical marker to the speedway one of only 2 speedways in the State of North Carolina to have such marker placed.
