One of the reasons NASCAR is so much fun to me is the great diversity and scope of opinions I read here, even if they are wrong :D
Seriously though I agree with all you wrote. All I do is roll my eyes up and go on. Sure some driver, crew, NASCAR, official, or someone will do somthing stupid and people get mad. My time and energy is too precious to spend on griping, it won't change nuthin' nohow.
I have a driver who is NOT a favorite, but I won't bash him because he is a good driver, but not much on personality and big on ego. Soome of my buddies like him though, and they're still my buddies :))

P.S. Read your profile and your sons look old enough to go racin' with you;)

I don't complain on here! LOL.... I complain Out Loud in front of the TV and NOBODY Listens!! LOL.... I agree with everybody that wrote in on your blog! People don't have anything else to do when it is not going their way for their Driver!! But so far in the first 4 races we have seen some exciting racing, unexpected wrecks, Crappy rain but over all Good Races!! And NO COMPLAINTS HERE! BTW GO Jimmie |:| (: :-)

because I think it's the easiest thing to do. You have an emotional attachment to your thoughts and the point of view easily flows from your mind to your fingertips.

I enjoy watching a good race no matter how many wrecks, tires flying off etc.! I want to see a group of drivers driving the wheels off, with great moves and unexpected upsets, to see the best driver take that checkered flag! It might be my favorite NASCAR Driver or it could be your favorite NASCAR Driver, either way it's racing baby! Everyone as a racing fan must take the good with the bad no matter what track, tires, etc., each driver has to work with!

Remember you can only do your job, if you have the correct tools to do the job! :)

I THINK THIS YEAR WILL BE VERY CHALLAGING FOR ALL TEAMS, ESPECIALLY WITH THE *COTS* AND NO TESTING AT THE TRACKS. I ALSO LOVE THAT THE DRIVERS CAN RACE SIDE BY SIDE AT BRISTOL. BUT YOU KNOW WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT SOMEONE WILL USE THE BUMP AND RUN, LIKE *CARL EDWARDS* DID LAST FALL.:) GREAT BLOG ;)

Besides, it's not us that are driving.... oh goodness, if I could only go around the track that fast, that close to the wall or the other cars & have a mind that would think, I'd be dangerous! :^D lol

Oh well. I hear from the old heads how much NASCAR is ruining NASCAR. I disagree. Maybe some of the rule changes are off base but you have to try different things in order to hit on the right things. I really need someone to explain how making the trucks take tires then come back and get gas helps the less fortune-ate teams. You won't catch me complaining about it though. In fact the only thing I can complain about is "WHY ISN'T THERE A RACE THIS WEEKEND?" At least give me trucks or something.

i agree with you, this year seems to be more exciting than most so far, lots of new things to talk about, and new teams performance has been great, and the new young drivers are making their way to the front, and aside from the rainout in Daytona that stopped the race when i thought tony was going to rise like cream to the top, i'd say it's been a great start, and i especially like how even and safe it has become with the COT, like you say if you dont like it change the channel , but I LOVE ALL NASCAR!
