A little controversy. All I’m seeing on the blogs is that Jr. passed the pace car a couple times (which he was warned about and stopped right after), but I’m suprised the Brian Vickers fans aren’t out in droves about what happened to him. He was forced down to try not to wreck, and I haven’t seen the film to see if he fully passed the 8 car before the line, but he was told to get behind the 8 car or get black flagged, the worst thing for him about that was that the 8 car had trouble getting up to speed, and it actually put him behind where he would have been otherwise. Luckily he got behind him before he ran out of gas. But thats neither here nor there, great win for Jr. and as he said “I don’t care what they say or write about this. We got one!”
