If I created the schedule...

Saturday June 07, 2008 @ 03:46 PM EDT

I’ve been really trying to figure out what I would do if I were nascar to the schedule. Something to balance things out, and keep us from going to the same type of track 2 or 3 weeks in a row. I may be back to edit this a bit later if I think of anything better. But here goes nothing.

Race 1: Daytona
 Phoenix
 Las Vegas
 Homestead
 Bristol
 Atlanta
 Talladega
 Martinsville
 Texas
 Richmond
 Darlington
 Lowes
 New Hampshire
 Kentucky
 Infineon
 Michigan
 Daytona
 Chicago
 Indianapolis
 Pocono
 Watkins Glen
 Michigan
 Dover
 California
 Martinsville
 Kansas
 Bristol
 Atlanta
 Richmond
 Phoenix
 Texas
 New Hampshire
 Lowes
 Pocono
 Indianapolis
 Talladega

Reason to end at Talladega is the same as opening at Daytona I think we should begin and end with the biggest most exciting races of the year.

Other ideas: If there is any suitable short track to replace one of the Atlanta dates it would be good, and maybe another road course in there somewhere. Just not sure what tracks they would be or if they exist yet.
