In case you haven’t heard, or want to read the actual document that was filed, Jeff Gordon is being sued by Jonathan Lee Riches. Mr. Riches is an inmate at a Federal Correctional Institution in South Carolina. Among the charges are the claims that Gordon’s pit crew kidnapped him and drove over him, Gordon plans to put wings on the 24 car and fly it into Fort Knox, and that Gordon drops tic tac’s and oil out of hatch in the bottom of his car.
My favorite part is that Mr. Riches seeks an immediate injunction to stop Gordon from wife swapping with Jimmie Johnson.
