Memorial day is a time for remembering and saluting. I hope that everyone enjoys all of the racing that will be taking place this weekend. The truck race and the nationwide race are today and tomorrow we have the indy 500 and the coke 600. Every race fan alive should have one heck of a party!! I hope all of you will have a wonderful time this weekend and will take the time to pay respect for those who gave you these freedoms. For me, I will being putting a flag on my father’s grave site beside his footstone for his service in the Vietnam war. I am a proud daughter who saw her father die too early and miss him very much. I will also spend some time deep in prayer for those who have served and for those who are currently serving. I thank God for each and every one of them everyday. I guess because I lived with a disabled vet for most of my life. He was a blessing to me and my entire family. As was my uncle who was shot there in a rice field. Anyway, hope you guys have a great weekend and God Bless Our Troops!!
