“Showtime”Sammy Pacitti Wins At Wake County Speedway

The finest stars and cars of North Carolina roared into Wake County Speedway Friday night for
another exciting evening of up close,in your face,hard racing at the tough 1/4 mile bullring.
"Showtime" Sammy Pacitti,Fuquay-Varina won his first race of the 2008 season holding off runner
up Randy Pearce.in the North Carolina Iron Works Mod 4 feature event.The D&V Repair Service,Gary Early
Custom Rods 2008 Ford driver thanked his fans,car owner's Don and Vickie Cain plus his crew lead by
son Aaron,daughter Hannah,wife Shannon,Ray-Ray and brother John from victory lane.Pacitti also stated
he tried to apologize to driver Flores for contact made earlier in the feature event.
The winner of the Dunn- Benson Ford Super Late Model event was "Charging" Charlie Stephenson,Raleigh.
Billy Gomez Jr.,Fayetteville won the 600 Inc.Legends feature.Greg Carroll won the Citgo Mini Mart Stock
4 event with Jason White winning the Harper's Graphix Limited Late Model feature event.Track promoter
