Dennis Setzer Wins Kroger 250 At Martinsville Speedway

Dennis Setzer,Newton has won the Kroger 250 today for the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series
from Martinsville Speedway in Martinsville,Va.Setzer,one of the veterans of the truck series and
a short track specialist at the tough1/2 a mile bullring used a great pitstop by his Bobby Hamilton
Racing led crew to secure his 3rd victory in the series at Martinsville..
Setzer withstood numerous cautions and 1 red flag to roar under the waving checkered flag in
front of Matt Crafton who grabbed 2nd place on the last lap when the trucks of Johnny Benson
and Kyle Busch came together in turns 3 and 4.Rick Crawford came home in 3rd place with Ken Schrader
and Erik Darnell rounding out the top 5 positions.
Setzer gave Dodge their 1st truck victory of 2008 and Bobby Hamilton Racing it’s 1st victory since
the passing of Bobby Hamilton.Dennis thanked his crew,his owner,Lori Hamilton,Mark Melling of Melling
Oil Pumps,Joey Arrington Racing Engines,Clay Campbell and Dodge from victory lane for all
the hard work it takes to put together a winning Craftsman Truck Series team.
Tomorrow the Sprint Cup Series rolls off in the beautiful foothills of Virginia with Jeff Gordon starting
on the pole with Virginian Denny Hamlin on the outside of row #1.Great seats are still available for the
