It’s very sad, I am scared to wear my Kyle gear to the track.
I will explain – I have not jumped into this whole KB/JR issue until now.
I just read Dave Rodman’s opinion article titled “Hitting to all Fields”. You can find it right now on nascar.com’s home page. There is a statement at the end of that article, that assuming it’s accurate, truly frightens me. The statement is:
“And I’m mostly glad Kyle Busch gear was in short supply as the crowd made its way out of the stadium, as my boys told me the mob was actively seeking and speaking their intent of laying waste to any “M&M’s fans” they might come across.
I am obviously a huge Kyle Busch fan. I have tickets to an upcoming race and I fully intend to wear my Kyle gear to support my driver (as all fans have a right to do). The idea that I could be at risk at the track blows my mind!!!!!
I don’t even know what to think or to say.
I am heartbroken to think that the fans of this great sport could actually behave like Gang Members!!!
That’s what it makes me think of! When members of one gang see rival members wearing their gang’s colors, they attack. Is that what it’s coming to in this sport.
That probably seems like an extreme example…...but if I have to be scared of wearing my Kyle gear to the track, you tell me how that’s any different!!!
I am truly disheartened.
This is an All American family sport. We should all feel pride in supporting our driver, not fear.

Have No Fear!
Kyle is now, number two, only to Jr in Fan Gear Sales! I have dozen of friends that are Jr Fans and let me tell you, they are some of the finest people you will ever meet. The problem people that throw articles on the track, they are a bunch of drunks that give Nascar a bad name! Actually it’s the Management of The Track who’s to blame. These problem people should be arrested, fined and ban from ALL Nascar Tracks! Nascar does NOT need this small group and they will be weeded out, as Tracks Stop them from bringing in their own beer. There will be fewer drunks when they are required to buy $5 10 ounce beers, in plastic cups. It’s just a matter of time!

I am big jr. fan and dont like kyle bush that much but when it comes to vilonce at any sporting event that is just sick. do people what to lose there privileges to coming to the track or even bring there favorite bevarge to the track. When i see stupid people throw stuff at drivers or start a riot cause they are to drunk to now better thats when people should stop drinking. I have been in the middle of fights as an inocent person and was still was caught in th middle. so increase police force at the track or ban brinking , wicth is better someone killed or no beer you tell me.

my name is larry and i am a true dale jr fan but i would not let them stop me from wearing my driver gear it is childish of them that is not what the sport is about. i will give crap but that is all

Ignorance is not bliss.
I like apples and only apples. Therefore, from now on I only like other people who like apples. I will no longer be tolerant of orange, pineapple, or any other fruits eaters. And stores need to stop selling any other produce except apples. Would it be a race if everyone cheered for one driver. Why not just award him the win after the anthem. It is simply ignorant and barbaric to react to other fans in such a manner. Wear what you want and cheer for who you want!! It’s a RACE.

Wear it !
I was in Richmond and there were a lot of rowdy folks but there were also some that were stunned silent. Many dressed in 88 got up and left after the incident and never said a word. Heck, I get blasted everywhere for wearing 48 but we all have our favorites so I wear it with pride!!
