I feel kind of sad but happy at the same time that the 2007 Nextel season is coming to a close. I always hate it when we come to Homestead and the banquet in New York. This means that I have nothing to do on Saturday and Sundays for 3 months.
But this year, I am actually thankful that this year is FINALLY over. May this year rest in peace. I am sure for JR this season can’t end too soon.
While he is leaving DEI and “family”, his move to Hendrick can only yield wins, right?
I am looking forward to Daytona in February, 2008. For one reason only, JR’s move to Hendrick and the possibility of wins.
But those COT cars I am afraid are going to make for some boring races….

If he can knock Jimmie and Jeff and the other 39 drivers out of the way every race he might get a win. Everyone forgets that Truex won a race and made the Chace in the same equipment Dale had this year. What happened????
