Jack Rouch is the last person I ever want to hear from when it comes to cheating. Intensional or not facts are the rules were broken. All the need to do was put a piece of tape over the lid to keep it on if the fastener failed. What about some thread tite, I’m sure there is a few tubes of that on the car anyhow. He is always the first one to say someone else is cheating or has an unfair mechanical advantage, well guess what, this time it was him that got caught. I know it, you know it, and most of all Jack knows it. Otherwise he would appeal.

I like Jack…not a big fan, but I like him.
But he does need to shut his trap. He’s had a personal vendetta against Toyota since they started with Nascar. Now his guy gets caught and all a sudden, its all about good character and integrety.

I agree - nobody wants to hear anybody whining - especially Jack Rousch. Everybody bends the rules and he’s no exception. A wise man once told me “If you’re not cheating, you’re not trying hard enough.” That’s why NASCAR automatically goes over the top finishers. Toobad he got caught, now it would be graceful of him to accept the penalty. I’d have much more respect for him if he would.
