As a native of St.Louis I want to share sad information with all Nascar fans. There is a attempt by a South American Company to take over Budweiser/bush. We all are aware of this companiy’s support and sponser ship of nascar and racing. Be aware that if this hostile take over happens so will the support and sponser ship of nascar and racing. The company will reportedly sell off anything not directly related to the brewing of beer. which means no charities,sports sponser ships,concerts,theme park and clydesdales,all thses would be sold or discontnued

Hostile Take over
this country has gone to the dogs, there are no more independant own companies out there. what I mean is no more MOm and Pop stores. I love this country thought. Dont get me wrong. I just dont like the Merging of conpanies for consumers sakes.
That is just my opinion.. Please dont take any offense..

It is truly sad that something so american could be bought by a company in Brazil. I live just outside of St Louis and I know what a historic landmark it is. Really breaks my heart that something like this could happen!

that is what is wrong with this country. we sell out to other countries. nascar has always been an american sport, bud has alwasy been an american brew, and the clydsdales have always been a part of that. i say don’t sell. it is part of American history in nascar. and bud has always been a part of that, also lets keep our American jobs in America. because the next thing the will move the whole company overseas like everything else we have sold out on

It is a hostile take over AB is doing all it can to stop it. it may not be enough. p. And it is true go to any tv station web site in st. louis. the news is full of the coverage.ksdk.kplr,abc,cbs,abc or google it local news St. Louis mo. p. As for honering contracts . it is a hostile take over if sucessfull they can dismantle the company if they so choose. so i have no doubt they can get out of any and all contracts.

selling out. What happend? American products are the best,nobody wants to spend the Money.Know it is build it cheaper,outsorce,and screw anything built in the U.S.A. .people just keep supporting other Countries,pay for the Illegals.
