Double Vision: Tony Stewart: “The Bear”, The Grizzly Teddy


Tony Stewart is well known to his fans, so there ain’t no real since in boring you or me or anyone who happens across this with well known information about his racing career or where and when he was born,, we all know that stuff,, so I will pull back them reins and take another not so well used trail,,,


Like most of us, Tony has two sides one of which I don’t think he likes showing publically,, you know the one,, oh now don’t be making me tell you the difference,,, okay,,,,, if you insist,,, Tony has one side that is well known on and off the track,, one that in the past has lead him down a path that he didn’t really up and want to take,, you all remember,, that trail that lead him to the ‘Behavioral Improvement’ Hotel,, that trail is one he didn’t like much,, none at all,, I kinda like the way he thought back then,, not that much has changed,, he still says what he wants to,, just now it is on a Radio Station all his own,, he still probably wishes he would wear Chocolate Flavored Shoes, so when he does the inevitable by placing that Foot in his Mouth,, he would at least like the taste,,, I would have to make mine a pair of boots though,, he is the kinda feller I think I would be a good friend to,, the kind that there is no way misunderstandings could occur,, we both tend to say what is on our minds,, even ifin it ain’t Politically Correct,,, I like that in a Cowboy,, straight talk,, no guessing,, no confusion,, just good old boys being good old boys…


Now there is that there side he just don’t care to make public,, the one that cares,, oh we all know,, he knows we know,, he just ain’t like a lot of folks that want Everyone to Know,, and if by chance there is someone who may or may not,, they Shout it from the High Mountains,, for all to hear,, others want all the recognition they can muster and take no chances in fear of some deaf ear being turned,,,, Not Tony,, he does a lot,, not just the Emergency Relief we all see when some tragedy happens,, he does a lot more and a lot of which is never seen by those living outside of the area he is lending a hand to,, Adventures like his track,, his love for not only racing but for the Small Town Communities that make up NACAR AMERICA,, a place where not long ago he as well as every driver, owner, team member was a part of at one point in their lives,, his love for Fans everywhere has lead him to be a friend to us all,,, the kind of friend that you may or may not know helped in some way,, rather it be as big or small,, chopped wood for ya,, or plowed the field,, he is there,, or at least was,, like Smoke,, Poof,, he is Gone,,,,,


In the big woods there are two kinds of bears,,,, Grizzlies are well known for their Aggressively Ferocious and Tenacious ways,, there is also a bear more commonly known as a bear with the reputation of being a rather friendly, huggable, loveable on,, a Teddy Bear,, How can one being,, contain both beings is a question that has me bamboozled so to say,, I ain’t right sure how,, but I do know that he is one Ferociously Friendly Grizzly Teddy Bear that has to make others look back through the fog and wonder how he is able to leave um “Up in Smoke”
