I went out to get something from the rental car before Craftsman Truck Series qualifying and noticed that the Chevy Avalanche in the parking lot next to mine has a pass with “Jimmy Carter” written on it.
The vehicle had Tennessee vanity plates.
Can’t imagine it’s the fellow from Plains, but who knows? Maybe he wanted to take Rosalynn and the Secret Service out to the track for Sprint Cup qualifying.
