I see all these rah, rah, Tony blogs popping up as a result of Tony winning the Nationwide race and I’m sure there are more to come. Now don’t get me wrong, I am happy he won too but this was a no-brainer race for him as it was a Nationwide and not a Cup race. If Tony wins tomorrow, then there will be a real reason to celebrate. I am not just saying this because it is Tony; I would have said the same thing if another Cup driver had won today’s Nationwide race. JMHO

Nationwide is for the up and coming
They should be able to shine not have to fight the vets for points. I lost intrest in the olympicas when they let the pro’s in, that is not what it should be about. It is not right that 9 out of the top 10 where cup drivers. And on top of that some cup drivers seem to think that the Nationwide drivers should give up to them. I don’t understand that logic at all. Racing is the name of the game.

Tony bet up on ALL the ROOKIES
Just so ya know the finishing order was 1)Tony 2)Denny 3)Rowdy 4)Kevin Harvick 5)Carl Edwards 6)David Ragan 7)David Reutiman 8)Mike Bliss 9)Clint Bowyer. Other Cup drivers finished 14)Marcos Ambrose 17)David Stremme 18)Patrick Carpentier and Greg Biffle ended up 19th after he Spun while fightin Clint for 9th.

how do you
take a boring race track and make it worse. Here’s how. you take the car and reduce the HP so a driver can’t possibly steer the car with the rear wheels. Then you throw a caution for debris we can’t see at the fuel window and let all the gambling happen in the pits. It is about as exciting as watching practice. And it doesn’t matter to me who wins, I just like to see some good racing. Is it just me who sees this? PS: the trucks have suffered the same fate with reduced HP.
