Junior is and has been my #1 driver like his dad was before him. I join in the celebration of Juniors win. Finally, he’s got the monkey off of his back and hopefully can breathe a little easier. I have a gut feeling that this will not be his only win this year and I sure am looking forward to subsequent wins this season.
Having said that, let me get to the purpose of this blog. It’s only Monday and we have Junior win blogs coming out of our ears. All these blogs basically say the same thing: Junior won. Well, duh, we all watched the race and know he won. No need to take up space writing a blog about it. I understand that this is a special win but give me a break. Why not post a comment about your excitement on a existing Junior win blog? I like to read about other subjects too and now have to weed thru pages and pages to find something worthwhile reading.
As expected, the Junior bashers did not let me down with their blogs. Although few in numbers at this writing, the week is still young. I hardly ever flag a blog but found myself doing it a few times because some of the blogs were so bad and full of hate, I could not just pass them by. Most of them are gone now but I’m sure more are to come.
I have read a lot of comments regarding Juniors win and must say that I am disappointed in some of them. Reason being is they were written by people who I have known for a while and should know first hand what it is like when their driver comes under attack by mean fans of other drivers. To think that Nascar would rig a race or play favoritism to Junior to ensure he wins a race is preposterous. I won’t even waste my time to get into this because it is way to outlandish to even bother. I will ask you all this though: How many other races have been won under a caution or on fuel? Too many to count, huh? But if it’s Junior, then it becomes a issue. How shallow can people be?
We can all have our favorite drivers and I am glad we all have different ones we cheer for every week, else it would be really boring, at least for me it would be.
Why not be a good sport and support your fellow Junior buddies or friends and let them and Junior enjoy this win? That’s what a true race fan does you know. Next week will be here soon enough and who knows which driver will win then. Just needed to get this off of my chest.

I wish that too but you know how it goes. I have 2 things going for me: I’m a fan of the sport first and foremost and in your case it’s easy as Kyle is my #2 driver.

Great blog and nicely said! I have been trying to explain that all day in my comments and your blog states it very well. I’m happy for the Jr. fans! They deserve to celebrate. I just hope everyone remember that its ok for other fans to celebrate too when it is their turn!

Forgot to include
in my blog that there is a difference between smack talking and down right bashing. I enjoy the smack talking but do not consider people who bash my driver my buddies. I consider that being disrespectful to my driver as well as me. Right, wrong or indifferent, that is how I feel and I cannot change that.

I didnt see anything that was bad on your part. Being a huge Jr. fan, I myself am getting tired of reading the same thing over and over. We all know were happy for him! Lets now move on…

I read you blog and agreed with it and your comments were just smack talk. You know what I mean by supporting your buddies and friends with different drivers because you and I do that for each other. Like I said on your blog, still love ya and take lots of pictures, please!!!!

Sorry
did a little bashing myself but nothing mean. More or less the same as yours Karin except your a Jr. fan and I’m not so it may come across different.
Comment on a blog instead of having a bunch of blogs with NO COMMENTS. This is where your Jr crews should come into play and it’s members commenting on the crews blogs. DUH!

Thank you and I’m sorry I beat you to it. It just needed to be sad even though some peeps will disagree with it, but that is more than okay with me. Thanks again.
