Just posted a blog to tell you all a little about myself. This blog will also tell you something about me but from a different angle.
Normally, we get to know a person before we make our mind up about that person. That is what I do. I would never claim a person is great or bad without having the facts to back it up.
The reason why I am here in the Nascar Community is for the same reason most of you are here too: to make friends who have the same love for the sport that I have.
I have been a Nascar fan since 1985 and not just a fan of certain drivers but the sport itself. No, I do not know everything, far from it, but I know a little and can hold my own in conversations about Nascar.
I love to exchange opinions with fellow members here and sometimes my opinion differs from others and theirs from mine. That is more than okay by me, as a matter of fact, I welcome it. I love to talk smack with my buddies but that is all it is. Never bashing or hating on anybody. Sure, there are people here I do not care for and I have reasons to feel that way, as I am sure there are people who do not care for me. Scratch that, I know there are people here who do not care for me. One accused me openly of personality traits I do not have and bad mouthing my friends at the same time. Another is doing it the sneaky way, by bad mouthing me behind my back.
Does that bother me? No. Everybody has the right to feel whatever they want to about another person. But don’t hate on somebody when you know absolutely nothing about the person. What does bother me though is when people get bashed because they are my friends or when people don’t have the brass ones to tell me themselves how they feel and use other people instead, even a 16 year old. How low some people will sink amazes me.
What these haters have in common is they are Newbies and female. LMBO Newbies that want to make a name for themselves and jealous females who are here for reasons other than talking about Nascar and I called them on it in the past.
Everybody has a right to their own opinion, including me. If you want to post a blog and you get upset about comments that do not agree with your opinion then perhaps you should not write blogs?
I have no intentions of crawling under a rock because of a few members with a attitude. I will continue to read and write blogs and comment on blogs.
Please keep in mind: None of us have the right to be here. It’s a privilege not a right. We all have to abide by the same Community Rules and that includes respecting your fellow Community members. I’m out and have a good day.

I have not been part of this Community very long, but have been a Race Fan for more years than I care to admit too.
There are some wonderful people on this site, and some real jerks.
I have been treated very well, and very badly, but as they say “Life Is Short, Deal With It”.
It would be great if people would “Practice What They Preach”! You know who you are!

This blog defines
myself also, I really enjoy this community and the friends that I have made. You’re a straight shooter and I like women who aren’t afraid of speaking their mind. To often enough women are criticized for being out spoken yet in my mind that’s what shows a women that is not controlled by men. Only if women had the self control as yourself then the world would be perfect. (No to sound sexist)
