I have to admit this race was very exciting to watch, maybe not for Jr in the car, or for the people in the stands (a friend is at the race, so we will see what he has to say once he gets home) but certainly was for me. I didn’t even mind Rusty too much.
I’m not going to get into bad mouthing Teresa Earnhardt about the motors, but I really didn’t think it was possible for me to feel so very disappointed for the DEI and RCR drivers affected by these catastrophic engine failures. I truly don’t know what went on there, but I do know they MUST get a handle on this. Three engines outright blew. Kevin was down a cylinder and Clint’s crew chief was about ready to vomit from worry. This is not the way to win races. My heart breaks for these guys.
Get it fixed guys. Your futures depend on it.

Thank engine thing needs to be fixed and fixed NOW! My heart broke for those guys! Now we’re on to BLowes next weekend. It’s prolly not going to get a lot better there…lol.
