Okay
maybe the Rose Bowl wasn’t such a good suggestion after all. But it till probably turn out to be one of the most exciting games of the season.

If you will be here Saturday
If you will be out Saturday, but not attending the Nationwide race, I suggest you check out Toyota Speedway at Irwindale which is located just off the 605 Freeway (you can get directions from www.toyotaspeedwayatirwindale.com). It is a great facility to watch a race at.

Places in Cali
well if your all the way in L.A. For a race in Ontario, Okay So go to the California Pantry in downtown L.A. Near the Staples center. They have been there for over a 100 years and have great food cheap prices and have been open 24 hours a day since the day they opened and never closed their doors ever!
After that the only other thing to do in Cali is after the race go down to San Diego and go in to the Gas lamp District And Find Dick’s Last Resort Best fun ever They have 5 Restaurant / Bars in North America and they are the rudest, most fun I have ever had…. But you have to go in there with an open mind beware of flying napkins and Bra’s! Do not talk on a cell phone in front of a server either.
If thats not in your cards to go south after the race then go north on the 15 to Las Vegas for night life and fun. Or take 5 min out of your life and head up to where I live…BIG BEAR, Grab a fishing pole and a 6 pack and relax! Get away from the Stop Lights, Gang fights, and insane Kyle Busch Fans! Head over to Chad’s Place in the village and order a drink.

Hollywood's Rock and Roll Historical place!
If your into Rock and Roll history, from Jim morrison(Doors)
to maddonna, godsmack, eminem, or of course the All too famous Motley Crue!!! Check out the Whiskey a GOGO on sunset strip!
It is full of pics and history of all the bands that have showed up there to get noticed, and did!
P.S Fontana isn’t boring, i like it, and have gone out there from florida several times! Last time i was there james bulushi was jammin on stage five feet in front of me, also puddle of mud played, as well as crossfade!
Arnold S——nneger was grand marshall ect…
Good luck, and have fun…

If you like great food...
and great clubs I would check out the Anaheim Area!! Specifically Down Town Disney! There are a ton of great restaurants, I especially like a place called Bubba Gumps! Great Lobster and other great food! If you want to cool off of a bit from the heat in Fontana, I’d head south to the area around the Newport Beach Pier! You’ll find some of the greatest sea-food in California down there. You also must see the Huntington Beach Pier and the Santa Monica Pier. There are so many things to do here!! Hope you have a great trip!!

OOPS! You said in LA, well sorry, none of the places I mentioned are in LA, but then neither is Fontana!

If you have time,
and want a break from the LA-ish stuff, The Ronald Regan Library is super interesting.

I hope you’re planning to go to the Rose Bowl the day after the race!
