Everybody seems to have a bug up their hiney about Kyle Busch. All because he doesn’t fit the mode NASCAR wants.
OK, so he and Junior got together @ Richmond. (I was there.) THIS is enough to issue death threats on the guy??
Here’s why I’m writing this: the same people who tossed crap on the track @ Richmond (thus prolonging the end by 10 laps), are the same ones who cheered “Big Daddy E” when he shoved Terry Labonte out of his way TWICE during the night race(s) @ Bristol.
Who cheered, when he punted Ricky Rudd @ North Wilkesboro (thus preciprecating a fight on pit road).
Et cetera, et cetera…
Yet I don’t seem to recall death threats issued against Jeremy Mayfield when he gave a love tap to Senior @ the Poconos back in 2000, getting his 1st win in the process. Musta missed that somehow…
The more you keep hating on Kyle Busch, the bigger his fan base grows. Counterproductive, isn’t it??
Just imagine what it’ll be, when he wins the championship. (And it looks like, at this stage, he just MIGHT.)

Clarifications
Understand, the vast majority of Junior’s fans come from his old man’s fan base. THAT’S why I make those comparisons that I made about Bristol, et. al.
It seems hypocritical to throw crap on the track and bash Kyle, when you’re the very people who turn a blind eye to everything Senior and Junior did/do. Not bashing, just stating fact.
EVERYBODY plays the heavy at some point in their careers. Cale got booed, D.W., Rusty, Wonder Boy…hell, even Tony gets an occasional boo now and then. So, Kyle plays the heavy until somebody else comes along.
Take a deep breath, people. For your own sake??

I’m loving it too.
You know what else I love; you started the blog by saying you was about to become really popular and did not care which meant you knew you would hit a nerve – oh & by some of the responses – you did. But you did not put down anyone’s driver and you just wanted to point some thing out that the fans are loyal to their driver and its only wrong if it against your driver – not when he is the one doing it. Its true though – I think we all do it to some degree – but death threats is extreme.

I was at Bristol the nights Dale spun Terry,
both of them.
But not sure what makes you think I was at Richmond 2 weeks ago, I was in Roanoke, but that is still a bit of a drive just to throw crap at Kyle. After all I was one of the ones yelling for Dale Sr at Bristol, and you said they were the same people that were at Richmond…..

A couple of comments...
1. How do you know that these are “the same people”…do you know them personally??? Really, how do you know that? Are you saying all Junior/Dale Sr. fans look alike? LOL
2. I don’t think anyone cares how many fans Kyle has…or how many he KEEPS…ask around…I really don’t think you’ll find that to be true.
3. Rick Hendrick is FAR from looking stupid. He has 3 guys in the top 12. Two combined have 6 championships….and one is “the most popular driver” …who is loved, adored and ain’t too shabby of a driver…and Casey is holding his own…Rick is successful, a very good businessman…but above that he is a good father figure who cares deeply about his “family”.
4. Why does everyone have to attack to disagree????

The guy is just starting in this game,He is a true spirit in racing,He seems think that he is inviciable,Sounds like someone else doesn’t it?,He was hated by most and loved by all,This man has alot of pride and yes arrogance to go with his skill,When he ends up winning the sprint cup this year the fans will be there.
