Do you guys think you necessarily have to be a redneck and like NASCAR? I know that’s the typical generalization, but I don’t consider myself a redneck. All my coworkers and my dad give me a hard time about that.

Jeff Foxworthy's definition...
of being a redneck is someone with a lack of sophistication. In my opinion, sophisticated people are usually rude, arrogant, anal retentive and just boring. (Sounds like J.J.) I think being a redneck means having fun doing nothing, enjoying country music(and every other type of music), and working hard to get whatever you want. Most of my friends I could consider rednecks and they aren’t all blue collar.

There are rednecks everywhere. Some don’t even know that they are.A redneck is someone who works hard to suport his family Has pride in what he does even if he hates his job. And he follows his heart.He knows right from wrong,and will do the right thing no matter what others think.He isn’t ashamed of who he is(or she)And doesn’t care what people think of his pastime.Willing to bet your a redneck after all, aren’t you.Welcome to the club.It’s not a race of people, Its a way of life.
