learn more about the drivers before you write!
Earnhardt was taken out plain and simple. Busch has no regards for anyone but himself and could car less if he wrecks his car just as long as he gets it in first place. Dale jr. nows the value of a dollar and knows what it takes to put w wrecked car back together. Dale will run a clean race and give others racers there space. A pros’ driver unspoken rule. But busch would not know anything about that. Just as long as he wins what ever the cost, even if it makes taken some one out.Dale has his eye on a much bigger prize that busch can’t comprehend , and that is to win a championship build his own team with the best drivers he can find. nd most of all build his own LEGACY that he can be proud of and take care of his family. he will always be in racing in some form or fasion. So u need to take a good look outside the box. Dale is planing his future legacy. Something that kyle busch just don’t understand. but you g on beleiving allthe smoke that busch is blowing up your backside. from a nascar fan for more than 30 years. scooder34

NOW I UNDERSTAND
I’m sorry ROWDYPENNY. I read your profile. You really don’t know enough about NASCAR racing to make a comment at all. Ha, I should have read your profile before I made a comment…My bad…

ANTI-THIS
ROWDYPENNY
You must be on drugs. You are as dumb as Dave Rodman. Kyle Busch has no respect. A typical spoiled brat who would wreck you too if you had brains enough to drive a race car that didn’t have an automatic transmission and air conditioning. There are plenty of opponents who are respectful to others. He has no tact what so ever. You don’t have to know them personally to see that, they are on television enough to see what kind of person that they are. Maybe, you should think before you write…....woo hoo

Apologies for harsh words
Yes it is true that Earnhardt was once a punk kid – the comparison was between a driver who has total disregard for everyone on the track with a seasoned driver who could anticipate every other driver’s next move. Kyle Bush is a lowly checker in a game of chess. It took a DUI to settle his brother down; my fear is Snot Nose will kill someone and it will not be himself.
If you are going to make a comparison use topics that are within the same league. My kid was a great middle school football player, but I’m not holding my breath for that call from Green Bay anytime soon.
My apologies to our brave men in Iraq; I do not wish to hamper your work over there by sending yet another hindrance to your cause.
I must also apologize to Mr. Rodman. I had no idea he was a Northerner. This would explain his lack of tack in writing and knowledge of Patron Saints of Racing. I hope he has learned from this experience. It was also unfair to make the crayon remark – I am positive the editors at NASCAR.com were still hung over from the Saturday night crap fest of a race. My best wishes to him the next time he does travel in North Carolina.

Anti-What
I did not get any anti-anything out of this column – oh yeah, and “punk kid” – what age was Sr & Jr when they started driving, yup, think before you write. Boy, all I read from Jr Nation fans is a lot of hate and reality, you don’t know any of these drivers personally so how can you hate anyone. Without opponents in any sports, it would be boring!

WHAT A PUNK KID
KYLE “MAMAS BOY” BUSCH NEEDS TO BE SAT DOWN FOR A RACE OR TWO. NASCAR NEEDS TO DO WHAT WEEKLEY SHORT TRACKS DO WHEN THAT HAPPENS. PUT BOTH CARS TO THE BACK OF THE LEAD LAP CARS. HE DID THE SAME THING TO JOHNNY BENSON AT MARTINSVILLE. BOTH BENSON AND JR COMBINED HAVENT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT THIS PUNK HAS CAUSED THIS YEAR ALONE…..END OF STORY…....QUIT DEFENDING IT AS JUST A RACING INCIDENT…....HE WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTILL HE IS FORCED TO STOP. HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE. I WOULD SAY THE SAME IF HE WRECKED ANYONE ELSE WHO IS A CLEAN DRIVER….....HE HAS TALENT…BUT HE IS A CHILD…....

GOOD GOD
To compare Kyle “this is the worst car I have ever driven even though I won – I’m still gonna be a baby about it” Bush to Dale Earnhardt is like comparing a Girl Scout to a medial of honor winner. How dare you try to scrape up a story with such a vague comparison? Do you submit your editorials in crayon? I am assuming that you have some long term effects from being dropped on your head as a child, but this is no excuse.
Any chance you can be reassigned to cover camel racing in Fallujah? Perhaps you should cover move subjects you have knowledge about – Jack @% comes to mind – and stay away from subjects that will more than likely get the crap stomped out of you in most parts of North Carolina.
In closing, I will forever avoid reading ANY column you “write”.

hope and pray
i just hope and pray that the “agressive” drivers of NASCAR dont kill someone or kill themselves. the COT’s safety is wonderful, but face it, these guys are still running at tremendous speeds and i hope they arent getting to comforatable with the safety side of it.
yeah controversy is great for the sport but will a death be good for it?
