Well I had a realization on Saturday night. It is something that I have always known but for some reason on Saturday night it hit me.
Kyle Busch can drive!
I was so impressed with the way he was driving on Saturday that I think I will have to follow him a little more closely. Kasey Kahane is still my top driver, and I like a number of other drivers, yes I like Jr. too, who doesn’t?
But my point in all of this is that I think you can have as many favorite drivers as you want, but still stay ture to the one you say is your top driver.

Welcome aboard
The Love/Hate Boat of Kyle Busch. I have been a fan since day one. My favorite Driver still is Terry Labonte. But actively it is Kyle Busch. I also love Matt Kenseth, Mark Martin, and a slew of other drivers. But I will root for Kyle to win, except fot the 5 races that The Iceman will Runneth for Petty Enterprises. I also never considered following Tony Stewart and Denny Hamlin, until I realized they would be my teammates.

I actually do not like Dale Jr. as a driver. He does not really impress me that much and the more popular he gets, the less I like him.
But I do agree with you on Kyle Busch. He actually has seemed to grow a personality since leaving the Hendrick organization. And some of his interviews have been pretty funny. He’s got a unique sense of humor to go along with his great driving skills. And while I neither like nor dislike Kasey Khane, I do love his commercials!

Gotta agree
Kyle is my top, but Jeff Gordon is a close second and tons of others right there behind him. Too bad most race fans can’t see any other driver, but one.

As a Joe Gibbs Racing fan, Kyle didn’t even get a notice from me until he joined the team. When I heard that he was making the move to JGR, I started paying attention. I have never seen anyone (except on dirt) drive a car sideways through the turns as much as he does. He has a “knack” for using all of the race track – including the wall! I can’t say that he is a favorite of mine, but now that he has joined the team he is definetly in the top 3!

Kyle has a way of
creeping up on ya. As funny as it sounds, I became his fan before I even realized it (early last year) & once I did, I was hooked
. I have several favorites but as you said you do have your main one. I like matt almost as much as I like kyle…I like stewart, KK, denny & many others. It’s hard not to like any drivers that are willing to go out there & give us a show.
KK will get back up there. He’s to good of a driver NOT to. I do hope he wins the showdown b/c a race without KK just won’t seem like a race at all.

I agree completely. I have a favorite driver but I love them all.. some more than others. I was impressed with Kyle the first time I saw him and continue to love watching him as he grows in this sport as well as grows in maturity. Way to go Kyle!!
