Anyone got a pet peeve? The dictionary defines pet peeve as a particular and often continual annoyance. It is something personal, something that bugs the crap out of you. You know that feeling of annoyance or irritation when someone does something.
Some have just one. But, me…I can list several. As Whoopi Goldberg once said, “I don’t have pet peeves, I have whole kennels of irritation”.
So, how about we just have a little fun, lighten up, and share our pet peeves. It’s race day—and yeah I know a holiday weekend—but its rather quiet on here!! I’m not doing this to pick on anyone or start anything, just thought we might have a little fun with this. So, if I do end up offending anyone—which is not my intention—I will apologize now. And I apologize for what people may say also..thats out of my control!!
So, here is my kennel of irritation lol.
1.There is some ways that people chew gum that just makes me cringe. You know the people who chew gum with their mouth wide open and you can hear their spit churning…lol sorry for that description…like a cow chewing its cud!
2.Next, I’m a neat person. VERY organized. But don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind getting dirty or sweaty. I just don’t like a mess. I get really irritated when someone—like my roomie—leaves a pile of clothes and wet tiles in the middle of the floor. Or when a kid gets done playing with his/her toys and just leaves then there when the toy box they go back in is 2 feet from where they were playing at!
3.Ok, so I think I’ll stop at three because this is all I can think of right now…but I don’t like it when people spit on the ground. Now I mean just spit, not like if your spitting out sunflower seeds or watermelon seeds, but just plain ole spit. My nephews do this all the time and I just want to strangle them! lol.
So, let’s hear your pet peeves!! Come on! Join in! And remember just because these things may be annoying to me doesn’t mean I dislike the people who do it!!!

OOH Do I ever have some peeves...
Number 1. Wet feet on my bathroom rugs & shoes under my coffee table
Number 2. Idiots driving in the left lane slowly
Number 3. Rude nimrods who can’t put their hand over their heart or remove their hats for the national Anthem…ooh I could slap em!
Number 4. The cost of TrackPass rising every year but I still only view the same thing.
Number 5. NASCAR being broadcast on any channel other than FOX!
Number 6. Stalking on the internet… if I say I’m here to make friends then that’s it, stop or leave!

Hum....
I agree on the chewing gum deal, also the cracking of the gum (making it pop with every chew).
Clothes: please people, wear the correct size for you & the decency of style as well.
Words: Foul words need not to be spoken as an every other word in a sentence.
Rudeness: I just don’t tolerate it.
Racing: I stand behind my driver 100%. But don’t get me wrong, if he does something he shouldn’t or say something he shouldn’t I want to reach thru the TV screen & put a choke hold on him.

I hate overly biased fans!
You know, the ones who only see what they want. Mow, I’m a Kensethfan, but not overly obsessed or biased. If Kenseth decided to suddenly slamm on brakes, turn down the track and drive into pit road backwards, I would not blame Carl, Gordon, Harvick or anybody else who got caught up in the wreck Kenseth Created! I would not bash Nascar for being in HMS’s pocket because they black flagged or penalized Kenseth! I have my favorite drivers, But that doesn’t make them perfect or never wrong!
Oh,mI also hate when my wife puts used napkins or paper cups in the sink. One day, I’m gonna fill the dishwasher up with them and say I only did it because I thought she was saving them!

TNT has too many commercials!(except mine! there cool!)
Let’s go back to Fox! Digger is annoying, but alest the don’t have 40 min of commercials an hour!

Nascar should leave the broadcasts to the PRO’s at FOX.
