I like Joe Gibbs and I also am a fan of Smoke, so this is not an opportunity to bash anyone. On that note what do you , the Nascar Community think will happen to JGR and its teams regarding their Nationwide cars.
I think the penalties could be harsh. This was not about cheating to win a race. This was a clear way to mislead the Nascar people who make competition decision regarding the Nationwide circuit.
To purposely come up with a way to “Fudge” the numbers so that it appears that the JGR Toyotas were slower than they really are is a major problem.
JGR not only has to deal with Nascar, its own employees but Toyota. Regardless of what Toyota says publicly, they have to be totally unsatisfied with the situation they have been put in. They know that all eyes have been on them this season and to have this happen to them now is a big blow to their program.
So speak up all, I am interested to read what you have to say.

I do not think TONY knew any of this.But i do think kyle did.Not only should they pay a huge fine,but also take alot of points away.KYLE does not deserve to win the cup after this,well none in JOE GIBBS racing does,i really hate it for TONY.SIGH.
