You're right
You’re right, we are lucky. I live in CA, so the only race I ever get to go to is the Dodge/Savemart 350, oh, excuse me, the Toyota/Savemart 350, so seeing the race on TV, even with some lame, repetitive commercials, is better than not seeing it at all. I have friends who are open-wheel racing fans and they either stay up at weird hours, or don’t watch at all. I use the pre-race show to finish cooking, and the commercials as pit-stops

Here's what I think, but first, a word from my sponsor! :D
Hey…It comes down to one of two things: Watch some commercials or watch races through Pay Per View!

guilty
I also am old enough to remember when gas was cheap enough to go watch these races in person, but that doesnt mean I,m going to be grateful to the oil companies for letting me get gas for four to five bucks a gallon. This is America, free to complain if we like!

From a 61 year old.
I have been watching Nascar and all other races since I was in my 30’s. There has always been commercials. But I have always watched races on TV. I saw the whole race back when Cale Yarborogh and the Allisons were racing and the races with Dale Earnhardt driving the Wrangler car. I don’t remember all of these interuptions and constant commercials. With all due respect, I am not doing the griping. My husband is. And I don’t blame him one little bit.

I thought it was just fine!
I would rather see the commercials in the corner and continue to see the race as to have them break away and miss what happens while they are away on commercial break..I don’t understand the unhappiness of the other people posting.. this race has had less commercial breaks than most.

I agree
two years ago I didn’t have tnt, and couln’t even watch. I’m happy to see the race at all, and anyone who thinks it could be comercial free is dreaming.
