Ok, race fans and I use that term oh so loosely…...no more need to gripe …..no more need to complain …...no more need to condemn, whine, hate or rip apart…. we can fix this real quick by sending the bigshots who so obviously dont care one bit about their fan base a petition stating that we are done with their trumped up rigged sport that we no longer like anything about. I see it day in and day out and I see this as the only solution to the problems I read over and over about on here. I’m sure they’ll agree with us and just take their ball and go home. Im sure youre a little confused …......cause you love this sport soooooo much that you just have to voice your opinion on just how bad it really is over and over and over in a seemingly un-endin tirade of everything thats just so totally unacceptable to us …..let us navigate the list of subjects that we dont like before we sign….. just so its clear.
We dont really like the drivers at all, some are too old , some are too young, some are over rated, some are too outspoken, some aren’t outspoken enough, some are annoyin, some are too bland, some drive too aggressive, some not aggressive enough and some have an obvious affair goin on with the wall and some just always seem to be in the way… none of this is satisfactory to us …..but lets continue.
we dont like the prices of anything…... not the travel expenses …..not the ticket prices or the cost for food and beverages at the track…..not our cable or satellite connections….. our internet access charges …..it all sucks. We all know that nascar rigs the races, Right? So Jeff Gordon can win all the races…...wait thats not the case…......must be so Jimmy Johnson wins it all …..seems Ive heard that too ..not the cas e you say? Ok then they rig it for their Golden Boy Dale Jr. to take it all or for Kyle Busch to dominate .. Toyota must have handed them a really big sack of cash to get that accomplished …..Onward thru the fog!
Goodyear doesnt know squat about how to make tires…..but we do? race coverage?..we dont like that either… we dont like the networks that choose to cover the races for us …..we dont like the endless stream of commercials we are forced to endure so we can see a little racin in between….. we dont like the announcers or the lousy camera angles or freakin “digger ” for that matter …. we dont like the tracks you choose to race at…. you (NASCAR) just cant seem to get anything right and By Gawd were gonna tell ya bout it. Right? lets continue…
We dont like the drivers not showin their emotions…..NO wait…..we dont like the drivers that DO show their emotions… we dont like bumpin and bangin…well, we dont like runnin all day in single file either so you need to fix this…...we dont like debris on the track….... and we dont like cautions to clean the debris up..CAN’T YOU GET ANYTHING RIGHT???
We dont like day races …...We dont like night races ….impound races …restrictor plate races …..road races …..cookie cutter tracks ….superspeedways …..short tracks …we dont like the fans of other drivers and their opinions… and you’re not doin anything about this to please us even tho we whine constantly about it … so we are gonna sign the petition to put this disgustingly horrible sport out of OUR misery …...listen to us…...please.
I’m sure that we dont even like the content or tone of this blog…....well do somethin different…somethin unusual around here…....somethin waaaaay out in left field…....complain, whine, gripe, pitch a fit…..cause we are good at that without a doubt. Dont like my spellin or punctuation? Complain about it…..put it on your list of things that we love to point out as unacceptable. And next race when your sitting at the track or in front of your TV…cause i know thats exactly where you WILL be….....remember how bad all these things are and how much you despise this sport and everything that goes along with it. Oh…just sign the damn petition.
