Nascar fans-young and old

Tuesday September 02, 2008 @ 04:30 PM EDT

Here’s a poll I need some feedback on. Do you think on average that Nascar fans drive more aggressively then the rest of the population? Or is it just me?

When your going down the highway at 65 MPH and the side road traffic pulls directly out in front of you in a no passing zone do you apply the brakes or tailgate/draft? Yeah, maybe that 1’s just me.

I started pondering the question 1 day when both the vehicles I heard squeeling their tires had Nascar drivers represented on them. One being an Oldsmobile with a #29 liscence plate and the other a chick in a ford truck with the #17 filling up the back window.

Then I started noticing every time on the highway when someone just absolutely had to pass me and then match my speed they’d have a Nascar driver sticker in the window or a liscence plate of 1 on the vehicle.

How about racing everyone off the line? How many of you are guilty of that? I’m giving that up, I about got it the other day when some dumb bum ran their light.

I know I do my part to support the grubby tyrant’s in control of the black gold. How about you?

Do you think Nascar fans drive more aggressively or is it just me?
