Majority of Dale Jr fans just kill me, they are such sore losers. He is not his Daddy and he doesn’t race like his Daddy. The only reason he has so many so called fans is because of Sr. and he drives the Bud car. I like Jr I just don’t like his fans and am very HAPPY that he is going on Jeff Gordon’s team because I know it chaps their hide.

I don’t recall seeing anything after the race so maybe I missed something? At any rate, Jr is a decent guy, and he has a very passionate fan base. Unfortunately some of those fans take it a bit far. I found myself rooting against him mainly because of those fans as well, but then I think about it. The only reason there is animosity amongst the fan bases of these two drivers is simply because of the fans and nothing at all to do with the drivers. So the last year and then this year I have started letting up on the cheering when he wrecks or finishes poorly and now enjoy the actual racing even more. He is just another driver I like to see finish good, as long as it is third to Jeff and Jimmie.
