Doug Richert, new crew chief for the 01 and Regan Smith, was a race winning crew chief with Junior Johnson and Neil Bonnett back in the day. And, was the championship crew chief for Dale Earnhardt in 1980, becoming the youngest crew chief (20) to win a championship! Just a little bit of old school history, I will share from time to time.
