Team/MFG
Team work is the key to winning races. But no matter the MFG, you’ve still got to have power in the engines. I’ve not seen a problem in that dept. I see success for Toyota this yr. No boubt JGR will have some wins as well.

Leadership
It’s what keeps any good team/group strong and focused. Joe is one of the best at it. If he was in the Army, he would be the Chief of Staff.

Afternoon all
IMO Papa JOE is a very smart man and he would not put his team in any harms way when he went to the toyota’s he knew they would be the best , IMO he worked with them and Mikey all last year, when he said they were going to toyota, I had no doubt in my mind they would be on top, but what I was afraid of was TONY staying, and I still am worried I respect Mr. GIBBS and he is the TOP owner in nascar IMO his team is his family and it shows in every race, this year is JGR year

Yep
Gibb’s will be right on top of the game when the green drops at Daytona. He isn’t a stupid man by any means. They will be tuff this year as in the past.
