How come Nascar did not penalize Newman the same as everybody else. They really do what they want and don’t care what anyone thinks.

actually
it is the same as everybody else that had infractions in the same catagory. Go back and look and see what Edwards team got docked when their panel was to low last year. Do your homework before you start complaining.
