I might be in the minority, but I’m not a fan of the top 35 qualifying rule or the 10 race chase. My goal each year has been to have my drivers in the top 10. Hey, they’re the one’s who get on stage. Now I know who the top 10 (or 12) are with 10 races to go. I understand those who do like it though. What do ya’ll think?

Your on the Money
Your right, I hate the Top 35 rule. I think they should just let the Fastest of the top 43 cars in qualifying and just let them race. Hey if somebody like, I don’t know Dale Jr. crashes his car in qualifying before he gets a lap in and their are 44 cars qualifying he doesn’t race (for example). The chase could be modifide a little bit. Instead of 10 races make it 5, or maybe 3 races.

I agree. Race for the Chase, Is a joke. It is supposed to be, and always has been All the races included. I hate this when at the end of the year racers with no chance are racing are giving way most of the time to the leaders. This is not stock car racing when a lower place points driver moves out of the way of the points leader. F@#$%^&n’ Humbug!
My biggest pet peave about Nascar these days… The switch from Networks TV 1/2 way thru the year, and then if you live in the country…you have to buy expensive gear to get ESPN, or TNT
or not get a broadcast at all. Like Us!
I feel my fanship sliding away like It did with baseball after the 3rd, and 4th player strike. If I have to pay to watch it on TV…I will go away!
NFL is on it’s way out of my life also. Bunch of Moneygrubbers!
