Thanks Kurt. We all have a new jerk to hate. Tony is relieved.
When Kurt arrived, and after his…”don’t you know I am” incident with the Police; when being pulled over for reckless driving…
Tony was relieved to step down from biggest a’hole in Nascar!
Now I must say. This past year, I finally found a respect for Tony having matured a bit. And; Tony and Kurt can drive their Butts off…
Hey but how many times can the Kid hit someone with his car, and not be banned.
If we did that at the local dirt track, ambulances would have to be called, and drivers would be banned. hmmm
money talks, eh?

Peace, God Bless

i think
kurt should be parked for a race, i like to think Tony hit kurt, no one is saying he didn’t, But, if you read the article about the probation it says Tony is on probabtion for “Altercation with another driver.” sounds like a smoked knuckle sandwich to me… Anyhoo, ONWARD we must go, lets have some good racin’ come sunday!!!

I've read everybody's comments...
so the Smoke fans got it. Tony got screwed. Kurt got away with using a 3500lb weapon car for a weapon again. Only thing is this time, hopefully, Tony’s hurt more!
Since they penalized him,I hope he cold-cocked him and loosened his ears! Tony was not penalized for what we saw, it was for what he did that scared the mess out of them in the OVAL office. Kudos to him! He knew going in that hauler, he was fixin’ to get it put to him, might as well get something out of it! Oh I would so pay to have seen that!

6 races instead of a 'rest of year'..
Nascar admitted that previously they didn’t watch those ‘on probation’ like they should have when they had it for they rest of they year. They made it a shorter time to watch them closer and ‘will’ react with stiffer penatlies from now on. Yeah – OK – Let’s see if this is for real….
(Yes, I’m having a goofy day sorry.)
LOL – MADNESS I TELL YOU JUST MADNESSS!!! LMAO

Newman and Bowyer
I have noticed that there is comparison of the Stewart and Busch incident to the Newman and Bowyer wreck. It totally wasn’t the same thing in the Newman wreck. Newman checked up because he seen Busch spinning up ahead and Bowyer was behind Newman and didn’t see what was happening up ahead and therefor ran into Newman. It was an accident and no one retaliated. So there was no need for punishment to Newman or Bowyer. I personally wished it hadn’t happened but i can see it was an accident.

I think
there should be a monetary fine. Money goes to charity. Like Karin says, I don’t think this is over yet.

Personally
I think Kurt merited some kind of probation. Wouldn’t fine him points or money, but probation is okay.
As far as Tont goes,I cant see Nascar doing anything based on what happened on the track or pit row. I understand if its because he took a swing at Kurt. Kinda like being in the principals office and swing at the person you had an issue with. Once your in the hauler, Nascar handles things. Not saying I agree with it, but I understand it.

Your right, the penalties have been handed down and NASCAR is not going to change that decision. Like I tell the hockey players on their way to the penalty box, “Don’t argue with the Ref, I’ve never seen one change his mind after he has called a penalty.”
But it is fun to actually have something to blog about. Thank heaven racing is back
