I would just like to start by saying good for Tony and not wanting to step back at this point in his career. In my opion he will end up not going anywhere. I think he will end up as part owner of Joe Gibbs 4th team. He should be on top of everything though and weigh all the options before him. He would be an idiot not to. Some people just take what they are givin an some like Tony are on top of things to make sure that it is the best thing for their future. Just remember it is called negotiations for a reason and “secrets” don’t really get out unless people want them to in order to use them as leverage. Just my two cents. Remember last year when at the beginning of the process and for awhile everyone believed JR was going to go to RCR? Yes the rumors may be the best option for now but a lot of things can and will change between now and when Tony signs a new contract.
