Who’s fault is the Indy disaster. Really. NASCAR, Goodyear, team leaders. That’s right some are blaming the crew chiefs because they didn’t push for Indy test prior to the start of the season. Personaly I think it is all on NASCAR. NASCAR designed the car, they over see the tires, and the approve how the race will go after the pre-season testing. This is NASCARs baby.
