Jalapenos that I can't resist
Ingredients:
Couple dozen fresh jalopeno peppers(Medium size).
One package of dry original ranch salad dressing mix.
One 8 oz Cream Cheese. Half package of bacon.
Fry bacon are cook in your grill.
Place bacon on clean paper towel to cool and drain.
While bacon is cooking mix dressing mix and cream cheese in a bowl (this is the most difficult part have fun). Using food handling gloves slice peppers in half, I start at one corner of the pepper stem end slicing through pepper and stem leaving half a stem on each half of pepper. Core out the seeds and interior veins of the peppers with a spoon (grapefruit spoon works best for me) and discard. Rinse peppers and drain. Separate the meaty part of the bacon from the fatty part (discard fatty part). Stuff peppers with mix (do not overfill peppers). Place a piece of bacon long enough to almost cover each pepper. Place on cookie sheet or foil. Cook in oven or cooker. I usually cook in the oven 300* or 350* about 30 min. When the peppers appear to be very slightly seared remove from oven and let cool. Call me when they are done.
Have fun.

Easiest Pie Ever
This is the best summertime pie and is only 4 ingredients.
1 graham cracker pie crust, 16 oz sour cream, 1 large box instant pudding, and 1 can of crushed pineapple. Mix the pineapple (do not drain) with the instant pudding. Add sour cream. Pour into crust and refrigerate. I have used different puddings and added other things to the filling. Toasted nuts, sliced bananas, coconut, I’m sure you can come up with some ideas of your own. How about chocolate chips?
