Big 'ol Mess

Heavy Duty Foil
1 package Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage (1 lb.)
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cup Cattlemen’s original BBQ sauce
salt
pepper

Rip two sheets (about 18 inches each) of foil off and lay one sheet on the table.
Slice smoked sausage into 1 inch chunks and place in big bowl.
Slice bell peppers into 1 inch chunks and toss them into the bowl too.
Slice onion and toss into bowl as well.
salt and pepper liberally.
Pour contents of bowl onto foil sheet.
Pour BBQ sauce on sausage and peppers.
Place other piece of foil on top and secure the edges to make a pouch. (Make sure to secure well)
Place pouch on hot grill for about 30 or 40 min.
when ready, carefully cut top of pouch (careful it’s hot!)
and ENJOY!
P.S. To make asian style veggies, omit sausage and bbq sauce, and add 1 cup of BOK CHOY brand sweet and sour sauce. (The ladies seem to like the Asian version)
