1 lb braunschweiger, softened
3/4 cup hot catsup or reg. catsup w/ 4-5 drops hot sauce
dash of grated onion
dash of garlic powder
dash of worchestershire sauce
3 T of horseradish sauce
Add all ingredients..put in mold or sm alum pans and cool in refrigerator or cooler.
Ice top with softened cream cheese.
Serve with your favorite crackers, bread or tortilla chips.
Even folks who don’t like braunschweiger will like this appetizer. Just don’t tell them what’s in it!!
