Every time I make chili it turns out different because I never make it the same! lol I will use everything from garlic, stewed tomatoes, onions, celery, chili powder, chili beans, and the one thing that does make it special- jalapeño peppers. My step dad cans them and I put some of those in there… MMMMMM. They give it just enough of a kick where the more of it you eat the hotter it gets. ha ha
