Sirius, for your insight this week! Thanks also for endless replays, but hey, it is still only January.
I learned this week from Sirius that DEI has virtually removed Dale Jr from the shop, the store and all aspects of the Company. We all worried to DEATH the fact that Jr was leaving the Company his father created and we all had Sr turning over in his grave at even the thought of that. Jr has not closed his mind and heart to the idea of someday returning to the family ties, but apparently his step mother’s company has. In their mind he ceases to exist. Gone are the accolades for Daytona 500 victory. Gone are the trophies for his Busch championships. Gone is Jr.
Well, I respect him and admire him even more. He maintained his respect for DEI and asked us all to do the same. He has shown himself to be the “bigger” person.
I was gonna post my SECOND favorite story of the week, but I think I overran the first, so be back tomorrow with more on Sirius’s stories of the week…....
