My name is Joyce, I live in OH. I have an 18 year old son named Kenny that is autistic, developmentaly delayed, and is also diagnosed with obsessive/compulsive disorder, tourettes, mood disorder (biopolar), and addhd. Everyday I don`t know what it`ll bring. I am a single parent. I have 3 older children that are grown now with families of their own. I never know what each day will bring, some days are uneventful, others he can act up and destroy things. He is really got a thing for flashlights, cameras, and vacuum cleaners. He gets really aggressive and violent over these things especially if he wants them or has them and breaks them, which is the usual outcome. And if he can`t get them fixed so they`ll work again, look out!!! He`s not small either, 5ft 5in, and around 240 lbs. I don`t have alot of time right now to write a whole lot, but I`ll be back on later when he goes to sleep. And hopefully he`ll go to sleep and stay asleep. I`m looking forward to reading your stories and sharing mine. It`s nice to find others who know what you`re going through!!!
