I think that its not fair for Kurt Busch is allowed to transfer his points to Sam Hornish Jr. That means he starts off in the top 35 in points and doesn’t have to worry about qualifying for the first three races.Hornish Jr. has a hugh advantage at the get go of the season.

Maybe...
Honestly, I don’t care that Kurt Busch’s points go to Hornish. Why? Because I really don’t feel that after 8 races or whatever it is, that Hornish will be in the top 35 anyway. Is it fair that Busch’s points go to Hornish – of course not, but I think that the transition from open wheel to stock cars (if you can call them that anymore!) will prove to be too much for Hornish at this point. I think Penskee is spreading himself too thin to have success with Hornish at this point too.

It’s not fair, unfortunately it is team racing at its finest….lol…and another fine example of the rich getting richer and the poor getting….well….you know. NASCAR is never going to change the top 35 rule as long as they are getting $$$ straight from the same companies that are sponsoring the teams. And because of it, a small upstart team that is honestly fast enough to make the race is going to go home and after a long enough period of time they will lose their sponsor…..but hey…..were all in this for the money right???
