It seems that certain teams get different penalties for cheating. there is one final penalty that Nascar should implement,, points, mmonetary , car owner points , suspensions of the chief, and how about driver suspension without a stand-in driver. After listening to gordon and johnson about their nascar cheating, they would have you believe that they had no kowledge of what was done to their car. Which is total crap,, the drivers have full knowledge of any and all changes made, thus radio communications to relay all the handling characteristics. During chief suspensions, there should be no cell use from or to the track. What do you all think?

suspending drivers
I agree with you almost 100% but there are situations the driver may not know that wouldn’t have anything to do with the set up of the car, example being Micheal Waltrip. That gel in the manifold would not have any effect on the set up.What would you think about car and driver being disqualified after a race. These fines and suspensions are nothing if the driver gets to keep the win and prize money. If you get caught cheating and keep the victory, it looks like the other teams are more out to cheat, just to keep up. Kinda of like all the other teams are finally catching up with the Hendricks team. The other teams didn’t catch up, Hendricks was simply getting better downforce after they altered their front ends and now they don’t have that advantage.

I AGREE
THATS TRUE.THE CREW CHEIFS SHOLD BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY SAY IN IT.IF THEY ARE SUSPEND THEN THATS WHAT IT MEANS.NOT BE ABLE TO STILL TELL THEM WHAT TO DO.AS FAR AS THE DRIVERS WE KNOW THAT NOTHING GOES ON WITHOUT THEM KNOWING IT.THEY SHOULD BE FINE MONEY TOO.THEN MAYBE ALL OF THIS WILL STOP.IF THE CREW CHEIFS ARE OUT THEN THEY ARE OUT.DONT LET THEM BE ABLE TO TELL THE CREW WHAT TO DO.
