Martin was born adn raised in Mayetta NJ. He grew up racing in the North East. His Dad was very successful in the Busch Norht Series. Truex Jr. was a rookie in the Cup Series in 2006. He is a 2 time, back-to-back Champion in the Busch Series. Martin Truex scored his first Cup win this season at Dover!
