Can homeboy Harvick get er done this weekend? He’s been close more then once and I fully expect to see him up there at the end competing for it again. I dearly hope it’s his turn to end his streak of no wins yet this year.
2007 Jaun Pablo Montoya won it on fuel strategy with Harvick being the runner up. Hey got to give JPM credit if he saved that much more gas,but after Watkins Glen and everything else it wouldn’t hurt my feelings for Harvick to move Jaun Pablo out of the way on his way to the win.
In 2003 Harvick was on his way to the win and his team mate at the time Robby Gordon cut way down low under the line on the corner and went on to win with Harvick being the runner up. You know I had a mad on with Robby for a long time. The Montreal Busch race last year I was glued to the set everytime Harvick and Robby were battling for position. Kevin doesn’t leave an opening on the inside anymore and I have to thank Robby for giving Harvick the lesson the hard way. Harvick is a hell of a road course driver and I respect Robby again.
I’m looking forward to some clean racing up front with my top 5 being-in no particular order-Harvick,R.Gordon,J.Gordon,T.Stewart,and Jaun Pablo Montoya, with Jamie Mac getting a top 10.
Montoya got his win at Sonoma in 2007,J.Gordon in 2006,2000,1999,& 1998,Stewart in 2005 & 2001 and Robby G. in 2003. Ain’t it Kevin’s turn? RCR’s last win here was in 1995 with Dale Earnhardt.
The guy on Nascar Now-Tim what’s his name-even picked Harvick to get his win next out of the drivers without one yet this year. I was so shocked they mentioned my driver. I’d love to say that guy was right smart. Could it be Kevin’s time to shine in sunny California? I really hope he’s not first loser again.
Tune in to find out

speaking of.....
where was it that Harvick got into Pruett and involved both the other RCR cars and numerous others? Maybe it’s Pruett’s turn to drive with his bumper.

Harvick
I can see him getting a win Sun.
Just not sure what Tony’s car will handle. Have to wait for practice.

I put it between
Harvick and Stewert. Normally, I’d toss J.Gordon in there too, but I’m not convinced his car will stay together . Even if it is a shorter race.

How about a sandwhich?
Pruett and Harvick on the outsides, and Montoya in the middle….?

LOL
LOL Wheels. Good point! Okay, I’ll stop my driver bashing now because I hate it when people bash the drivers I like. I’ll be good now.
I still hope Pruett and Harvick can beat Montoya though!

JPM
might be able to have a decent race, because when he tries to turn right, there will actually be pavement there, and no wall!

LOL It was so easy to bash on Jaun last year because he was bashing into everybody. I’m sticking with him for a top 5.

hehe
My money is that Montoya will hit both of them at the same time! LOL
Okay, so I’m being a bit mean regarding Montoya, but I just don’t like him very much even though I know he is a great Road Racer and will probably end up with a Top 5.
I do hope Harvick and Pruett both beat Montoya in the running order at the end of the race.
A girl can wish, right?

I don't think JPM
has wrecked Harvick since the Glen. Maybe the “talk” helped?
