Hello, teammates! Welcome to my blog! Today I’m going to blog about all the events over the past week from the shoot out to the duel and what I expect from the 500! First I just want to say that Kurt Busch should have known better then to do what he did. HE came up on Tony! It was his own damn fault he wrecked! As far as the probation goes. If Tony had punched Kurt I wish they’d showed it on TV! I would have laughed my ass off! Now onto the duels. It was no surprise that Dale Jr. in his new 88 car with his new team won both the shoot out and the first duel, but I think it was a surprise to everyone that a Toyota went one and two in the second race. And the fact that Denny Hamlin will go down in NASCAR history as the first driver to win with a foreign made car. He also will be known as the kid who gave Toyota their first victory lane celebration, much like his new teammate will forever be known as the Kid who won the first COT race. A lot of people were telling me that Gibbs made a mistake switching from Chevy to Toyota. I hope that this will make them think twice. My hopes are that Toyota will take the 500 and the Cup this year. I think that Hendrick’s better hold on to that trophy Jimmie won very tight cause I think he may lose it this year!
