I’m trying to get some of my photos I’ve aquired from different tracks i’ve visited over the years uploaded. I’m having trouble getting the right size after I scan them. The ones I have been able to upload of Clint Bowyer and Steven Wallace are from Gateway Int. Speedway. I’ve been lucky enough to park my RV right along with the drivers motor coachs. Last year they changed the rv parking up some and now I’m not as close as before. I was parked by Kenny Wallace and my wife and I had a nice little conversation with him after the race. I think they changed the parking up after I had a few “not so nice things to say to Steve Wallace. He was outside his coach on the phone and I asked him to sign my Dale Earnhardt banner and he was being a little smart azz, even though he did come over and sign it. So, I wrote him a note and had his girlfriend take it to him. The note said….”Steven, you have to earn your fans and more than likely lost one today. Remember where your money comes from!" About 10 minutes later he came out and signed autographs for all my friends that was there. The next year the parking was different. Am I sorry I told him those things? NO! Am I sorry the parking is different? YES! Would I do it different if I could do it over, most likely not. However, The Nationwide race is at Gateway next weekend and me, my wife, and about 12 friends will be there, in the infield rv parking….so, we’ll see how it goes. Anybody go to that race? Let me know. Was I wrong for “setting Steven straight”. Tell me what you think.
