Community Standards Violations

Hi folks. I really wish I did not have to make a point of this, but Community Standards violations have reached an uncomfortable level. In particular, the “Any content or use that harasses or advocates harassment of another person” and the “Any content or use that interferes with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Service, or any other individual’s use and enjoyment of similar services” violation types are being seen OVER and OVER and OVER again.

Unfortunately, these types of violations have a self-feeding, snowballing nature…they are very hard to stop unless the violators themselves become aware of it, take responsibility and rise above it. I am asking any and all of you who are involved in any of these instances to just WALK AWAY from the problem. The Community will, one way or another, be a fun and SAFE place for anyone who participates in it. If that means we have to start banning Members for repeat violations, so be it.

With that being said, as of TODAY, we are implementing a “3 strikes” rule. If, after careful review, either myself or the moderators remove 3 pieces of your content from the site within any 7 day period, you’ll be banned indefintely. No questions asked. No whining either.
